It’s a moulding by compression of SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound)
Numerous parameters must be regarded:
- Pressure
- Temperature
- Reactivity
- Contraction
- Thichness
- Color…
Caracteristics may differ in keeping with needs: mecanical-resistant,behavior to chimical agents, good insulator or fire-resistant
This process allow to get products with complex forms, toughs and fit into numerous functions.
Moulding products have a very good wear-strength, it follows that the final product is of high quality
